This sample is FREE. Once we have
copyright issues resolved, we plan to release the whole book digitally. It is likely that
we will have a version available that cannot be printed and one that will allow printing.
Prices have not been addressed yet. Let us know your interest so we can keep you informed
of the progress. We hope to have the whole book available by late August. |

| Instructions: |
- Click on link above to download the file. Place the file
in a temporary directory or a newly created directory named as you prefer.

- Close all windows based programs as is usual when
installing software.
|
- Use file manager to locate the file just
saved (OLT.zip). You will need to "unzip" the
file. Once unzipped, double
click on the setup.exe file name. It will then take you through the setup operation and
give you choices of directories to use for the program.

- Go to the list of programs and start the program.
|
